2018 Bed Lights (factory harness)

Sitting at work and realized that after installing my Softopper this weekend that I’m going to need some sort of lighting solution for the bed.

Looking at the bed, there’s no removable cut-out to install bed lights like the later models and I would have to drill (no problem)

Without removing the passenger side tail, is there a way to check and see if my truck has the factory harness tucked away? Or is it for certain anything pre 21’ does NOT have those harnesses available to plug in

 

You won’t have the wiring on a 2018. Although, removing the tail light is a 1 minute process if you would like to verify that.
