A few questions.
1) What does a tune cost? Specifically for a 2018 4Runner.
2) Do you do the tune while I wait? I am 'puter challenged and cannot do this myself.
3) How long does a tune take to install?
4) Can I still run 87 octane without issues?
5) Will a Sprint Booster cause issues?
6) Will running 85 octane cause issues? I travel through Colorado twice a year and use 85 octane at altitude.
I'm sure to have other questions but don't know what to ask....yet.

I have the KDMax in my truck. IIRC, it was about $400. They do it while you wait, including any Toyota TSB updates, took less than a half hour. You can run whatever octane you want. I believe a Sprint Booster isn't a problem, but you won't need it.

I couldn't be happier with the tune. On top of how much better the engine runs, the Trans shifts so much more logically.
