Yup. Because the EBC setup worked just fine. Now I can drive the truck 10x harder and now they don’t. Pretty simple.

It’s also soon to be in the 600hp range…

@906taco your MT also correct? Any plan on trying to retain a parking brake? Thats been my hang up for rear disc conversion. Upgrading the front, I just havent decided other than I put on better pads awhile ago.

Ummmm….just make a bracket and weld it on the same as Harry did for the main rear caliper. 52154711202_438eac6fbd_o.jpg
    They even give you dimensions.

I do have a 3rd pedal. However when the swap happens I am sadly ditching said pedal so a parking brake won’t be needed.

Still a 6.2 stock will be leaps and bounds above whats in these trucks. Granted you have the better engine with the 4.0 IMO

LS Swap with RSG Tranzilla, Custom hi clearance front bumper, Relentless: Slider's, bed rails, rear bumper, Prinsu with 40" BD s8. Dirt Designs 3.5 LT. Archive Garage rear towers/shackle flip/SUA. King Air bumps. King LT Coilovers in front. King 12x2.5 in rear. ARB rear air locker and twin compressor. SCS f5's with 33" Ridge Grapplers. 20" S8 mounted in bumper, squadron sport fog lights, squadron pro backup lights, LP6's bumper mounted.
I’m gonna pickup the new wilwood setup they just came out with this year. It’s their direct mount aero6, it’s setup for 14mm bolts for the 4Runner but that’s no biggie. And it uses a 1 piece rotor so it comes in way cheaper at around 1750 and runs a 13.38 rotor… which I verified at koh that it will clear my trail readys.

I have the Powerbrake BBK with the 2.25 jd kit, don’t have bypasses but I don’t have any clearance issues with the bypass tabs or anything else for that matter. They are pretty awesome.

How drastic of a difference over stock brakes? I’m assuming it’s gotta be pretty big.

Got a lil carried away when started cutting for the @81Trekker inner fenders….
Seriously though. New core support going on. I have to look at the timing cover and have Solid Offroad motor mounts coming. Plus a @Basikbiker Tundra rack to install. Battery relocation and bunch of wiring to do.
