    When my Dad passed in 2001 (at age 82), my Mom had him cremated.
    She told me to keep the ashes, and when she passed cremate her as well...
    ... then do what I and my sister deemed appropriate.
    She passed in 2018 at age 95.

    My sister is retired Air Force and wants both of them interred at the Arlington Columbarium.
    My Dad was a B-24 pilot in WW2, Fifth Air Force, retired from the reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel.
    He was one hard SOB.

    Still waiting on Sis to arrange it...
