I thought I chucked another rack but it seems pretty tight with the TREs off. The napa TREs definitely aren't up to the task of pushing 35s around  going with Moog 555 this time. Should buy me a couple more years, anyways :D

I still have my old OEM inner TREs around here somewhere if you'd like them. Saved them off my rack when it started to leak.

operative word being "somewhere". Never move.

If you find em and want to part with them I'll pay shipping for spares :)

I have some car quest ones for spares but used OEM is probably better

More bottle openers later; odd request for starbucks cup shaped ones so I'll draw that in a little bit.

Might as well knock out those penis shaped ones as well

Did you ever look into Lotus axles? They’re not as $$$ as RCVs. I’m not sure at what point the diff would become the fuse though.

880s with an AAL helper to get some rake. I'm not crazy about the 5100 ride. It's just something that I tolerate and hope for them to finally break in after 4 or 5 years.

I haven't been out there yet but there was a lot of chatter about it on the TW Reno thread.

OK first gents. Here's the deal. I'm thinking of buying a second gen. 2006 Auto V6 TRD. Currently has a 227K and 4wd, lo and locker all work without any issues. It's clean and well maintained. Added bonus the seats look brand new since it had the factory TRD seat covers installed since birth. Now, what do you think is a fair price in the Cali market?

    Clean title clean frame?

    Probably $12k.

Aren't many of us in this thread from CA, just @eon_blue and @Sperrunner and I really.

First year or two V6's you had to watch for those headgaskets.

Ha, sounds like my recent acquirement.

Is this seller asking you to make an offer? Or is it priced and you're wanting to make sure not to overpay?

Sometimes long maintenance history (preventative as well) brings value by itself and that ranges from one individual to another.

I can't wait to have a garage. Would love to make some sort of hoise/lift so I could take my shell on and off.

Super clean. The brake fluid is still clear which is my go to indicator for how well a vehicle is taken care of. Minor damage to driver access door in 2021. Ir was repaired and repainted. Service history is good but not amazing since the owner did some of his own work.

Not worried about over paying just trying see how good of a deal this will be. lol

    I think @Kwikvette is spot on. Is it a 5ft or 6ft bed? I'd say $15k max if it's a 6ft bed.

Yep, $15k definitely max if it checks all your boxes (personal ones that is).
