Thanks for sharing. Granted i don't drive as much as i used to but in my opinion that's no excuse to start throwing on cheap aftermarket parts.... especially headlights. I tow my boat up to a mountain lake in the dark during the summer... have counted up to 21 deer on the way to the lake. Between the headlights and Piaa offroad lights the road gets pretty lit up lol. I learned a long time ago you get what you pay for and if it means spending a few extra bucks it's worth it (in my opinion.)

Yep, we all have different values, needs and budget. I followed @crashnburn80 to the "T", upgraded wiring harness, new factory headlights and Phillips Racing +200 bulbs. This into an '06 TRD with 150K on it. Best night low beam driving for my 70 yo eyes and didn't look back, only forward.

    Yeah.
I don't know what the Amazon ones are, but the TYC CAPA certified ones from RockAuto worked well on my older 4Runner. You can get like 4 sets of them for what you'd pay for OEM.

My 10 has 133K but I still look at things as I plan to keep it 10 more years, in no small part because I got reframed 2 yrs ago and being a work from home guy the past 3 years has decreased my driving.
