Tough situation, I hate dealing with people. I worked for a Pepsi distributor for 25 years, the last 15 years as a route driver. I honestly think that a few of my customers woke up every day only to see how big of a fucking dick they could be. Then I went to work at General Mills for 15 years and the last 5 years there turned into a real shit show. I thank god that I was able to retire last year at the age of 63. I hope things get better for you, I know what it’s like hating to go to work everyday.

 

Me too, just doubtful. Considering I am really on my own to support child, wife and who ever else calls with a problem.

 

I do not expect sympathy for the path I chose 23 years ago. I do expect my own family to understand why it is what I do.

Yet I only get yelled at by clients, the wife and questioned by the kid. Only one of them has really walked in my shoes, yet doesn't realize what kind of toll it take physically and mentally.
