Stupid gloss!!

So I’ve been a professional detailer for 8 years and have installed probably a thousand ceramic coatings. Today was the first time I’ve ever fully paint corrected and ceramic coated a vehicle of my own! Here’s my 3rd gen after a two step polish and two layers of gtechniq ceramic coating to all surfaces!

Lol Gtechniq is a leading brand in ceramic coatings. The coating I used was a base layer of C1, top coat of exo v5.

 

The body is so shiny that the chrome bumper ends don't look out-of place for once lol

 

Lol that chrome bumper has still got to go though!

 

That’s the same name stuff that was used on my 19 C7 Z06 after paint correction and fully wrapped and ceramic coated. Had it all done when I bought it a few years ago. Good stuff.

I care much more about the engine and drivetrain. But hey, looks are good too.

Between 600 and 1500 depending on the price/grade of nano ceramic etc used

 

Paint correction and buffing and sealing your paint helps reduce chances of rust on body panels forming in scratches and rock chips etc...it's protecting the truck's skin.

People undercoat the undercarriage but neglect the paint/body..smh

You picked a good candidate for your first personal PC & CC. Tacoma's have that way about them.
