    What tweeters does everyone recommend for the front doors I just recently replaced all my door speakers and want to replace my tweeters

    Do you have the stock headunit? Running amps? What are the other speakers you upgraded to? Budget? You want competition loudness, sound quality, or a blend of both?

    I just replaced all my door speakers with skar did the TX69 in the front and the TX65 in the rear got the 500w amp from them on the way for those how was wiring up the 1inch components

    I had that same setup as yours for a while, but I tore everything out recently to upgrade. For me it was easy since I never plan on selling the truck. I just cut off the stock plug to the tweeters and connected the pos and neg wires. You can probably use wire taps if you ever want to put the stock ones back on.

    On this upgrade, I’m switching to amp powered so that harness will become redundant.

    for the mounts, I cut out the bottom of a Lowe’s bucket and traced the mount shape onto it. They came out pretty clean and have held up well for a while, but I’ll be replacing them with 1/8 inch ABS plastic here soon.
