    I have 265/70/17 tires.
It is stock, but lifted 2 inches.
I baby this thing. I only get 14mpg.
    Is this accurate.
    No codes, all good.
    Anything else I can try?

Seems a bit low, I'm getting 17mpg mixed local/country road driving w/ 265/76/16, also 4 door 6MT. Did your truck come stock with that size tire? If not, you need to account for the size difference when making your calculations. That could help a little.

Have you ever cleaned the throttle body or MAF sensor? Sparks? Airfilter?

I have an 07, V6 - 4.0 with the 5 speed auto and run 265/70/16. Around town I get 17 mpg while on the highway it's 19 to 21mpg. The only time I've seen 14 mpg is pulling a trailer and driving 85 mph which is the speed limit on I-10 from Junction to El Paso.

With the age of the truck, if you haven't, it's been a while or you don't know the maintenance history, you need start with what @PNW15 stated. New spark plugs, a clean the MAF and throttle body along with a clean air filter goes a long way for improved fuel economy. Also, @shaeff made a good point about the wheel size. Pretty sure 07's didn't come with 17" wheels.

The 4.0 will loose about 2 mpg to the gallon once you get close to 100k on the plugs. This combined with a dirty MAF and throttle body will pull the mpg down to 15ish.

It would be nice to see your fuel trims.
    Just out of curiosity.

To add to the others, I'd bet the o2 sensors are ''lazy'' and well past time to replace if they never have been.

This. I cleaned the air intake system from fender to throttle body and MAF with factory plug change. 20mpg highway, about 18 mpg mixed.
