    Getting that back panel back on has always been a pain in the ass for me. I did 2 layers of dmat and nothing else, still unreliable snapping even with new clips. Probably the most challenging part.

    don’t forget the roof either, amazing diff in the rain.

    Thanks. Trying to tame the interior down a bit mostly for my dogs w/o negatively impacting performance. The turbo should also help once that's installed. I'm thinking most of the resonance comes from the back wall and the floor compartment under the back seats. No proof, just a guess

    Do you have a resonator as well as a muffler?

    That REALLY tamed things for me. The drone is hard to get rid of otherwise.

    Mark, now that I finally caught myself up on how to tune, I want a freakin haltech and turbo…. Not happening for quite some time, but one day.

    Don't go cheap or small on the resonator either.... I did a bottle style first and it did near next to nothing. Switched to a Vibrant ultra quiet and it mellowed things SO MUCH!

    I have a vibrant ultra quite resonator with a borla muffler. @Torspd states that it sounds good but that can vary from an individual to individual. For 99% of my driving I'm not bothered as I drive with the window down, ac off. When ac on and windows up there is a bit of a drone. Not bad but there I was thinking of adding in another resonator but I'll decide post turbo.

    Yep. I learned long ago to never cheap out on parts. Buy once, cry once. For exhaust components I'd stay with vibrant for budget and stainless bro/ticon for quality and for bling.

    As an update on this, I think it has helped a little bit with the resonance in the interior. I'm planning on working on the back under seat storage compartment as that had a tinging sound vs a thumping sound from the back wall. I have been thinking of adding a subwoofer for some reason, not sure if ill actually do it.

    I also plan on removing the bedcover as it's getting pretty beat up and looks bad. So I'll either leave it open or look for another one.
    I have also ordered some redline D6 and some gear oil to exchange the transmission and rear end fluids.

    Check audio frog out. Got a 12 and hands down best quality sub I’ve ever heard while still being able to rock all the deep notes just right

    Play some Tron soundtrack and it definitely tickles the right places. Tied to a 600WRMS amp (100 over but pretty sure they’re conservative in their spec)

    2 would be overkill unless you want to rattle the neighborhood.

    I got a gauge face from black cat a couple years back and it took around a year from order to delivery. I honestly completely forgot about it and then it showed up randomly one day.

    So the mirror is a no go as it currently sits. It will not go down far enough for the grub screw to go into the threaded hole in the windshield. I could try and modify it by cutting more into the slide on the aluminum riser. The second issue is that as I have the mirror with the camera and compass it will hit the headliner. I'll need to plan a bit more on what I can come up with.
