Checking Major Fasteners - Chassis & Drivetrain

My '06 has 58k miles and surely the chassis & drivetrain bolts are all "settled in" pretty well, if you know what I mean. I have a good torque wrench that goes up to 150 ft-lb and a decent set of sockets and extensions. I would like to check these major fasteners just to make sure they're still solid and within spec. I'm talking about bell housing, tranny & engine mounts, suspension/a-arm bolts, crossmembers, leaf shackles, etc. Is it worth my time? Is this even a good idea, or should I just leave them well enough alone? Also I cannot find the torque specs in the FSM or anywhere else. Thx
