Realize it's too late for you but if anyone else finds it later: after draining and flushing you close the system (close the radiator drain and put the engine block drain plug back in) and plug an adaptor to the radiator filler hole, then use vacuum from a compressor to remove the leftover fluid and (most of the) air. The you reverse a control and allow the vacuum to suck new coolant into the system. This prevents air pockets.

I don't know how AC systems works, but I use this tool for coolant:

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    Thanks for the reply.

To use this you need to install on Board Air or have Access to a compressor is that correct ?

While I love buying interesting tools removing a screw on Cap I can use any time or place works for me

When I end up with a need to change coolant most times I am crawling down a bank to water to fill things up again. After soldering a crack in the Radiator tank.:anonymous:

Yes you definitely need compressed air, but I only ever used it with shop C/A. Not sure if it needs a high flow and if an onboard compressor can do it?

It is hot so my Brain output is reduced by 75%

I can not comprehend how this push air out .

i learned this lesson on the 22R engines that were really bad for air pockets .

I gave it some thought put a flushing tee in the heater hose the cap in the vertical position .

Coolant entering the system pushed the air out when the coolant was up to the top all was good .

    Never had a problem again.
