The wife and I almost stopped there to have a look. Saw it from the highway as we headed home to DePere. If it wasn’t for the screaming child in the back seat…:angrygirl:

Spent about 3 hrs. at the car show in Pierce Park in Appleton today. No pics. :facepalm:Had to be over 1200 cars/trucks there, big crowd also. Took the bike so I could park within a mile of the park (1/2 block away, actually). Looks like my buddy sold his beautiful '72 Riviera, someone else's name was on the registration card.

Hey James @Thatbassguy, someone had a convertible GTX there, there were 2 hardtops also. All in very good shape.

It's was a decent turn out this year 400 cars entered. I had a few friends there too. The bowling alley it's at did a major remodeling it's actually pretty legit and their cheeseburger pizza was really good.

Also got a trophy! Not sure if it was a participation prize because they were handing out a awards for 3 hours lol.
Thier FB page says 3 prizes per class so maybe I got 2nd or 3rd. Beat out a Gladiator on 37s and that's all that really matters. My guess is the dude that won the class was the hot rod truck. That thing was super cool.

Arrrg! The ELocker saga continues. Called Eaton today. Guy was really cool, but said I need to do a continuity check and determine where the grounding problem is... I agree. Something is grounding. But... electrical is kinda like women for me. I really like it/them but I am not adept at figuring out problems or bending it/them to my mechanical will... Oh well. I will figure this out. He said I can get a new harness or the parts if it is down inside the differential under warranty-but jezzzzz, if its in the diff I have a huge cluster getting it out and fixed. Sticks suck!

@Thatbassguy may be able to help with angry pixies...but I realize vehicle electrical is a bit of a different animal.

Well, that's something I haven't seen before.

Yeah, I'm pretty remedial with automotive electrical. I can troubleshoot and find problems, but I'd have to look in person to be much help.

OK OK OK hear me out, but I think I know a way to help @Shellshock with bike stuff and @pearing with locker stuff. All you guys have to do is drive a couple hundred miles to meet with each other!

Just got home from having a KDMax Tune installed. My 1st impression is very positive. The tune woke something up that a Sprint Booster overlooks. I had the "sport" option installed, and it seems to have a 'lil more torque without the revs. The tech mentioned that the tranny would benefit from the tune also. On the interstate, the tranny didn't seem to have to downshift as often when passing or on hills. My right foot could feel something good just happened.
Cruisin at 75, I may get 17.5 mpg on a good day. Driving home from Hazelhurst I averaged 19.1. All in all, I am pretty satisfied. This only a one tank review, but I like this tune. Glad I had it done.

I think mine is an easier fix lol I already had the tool and new part is on the way. It was shockingly only $40

Usually the way I fix electrical gremlins is by tearing it all out and starting over. I also go overboard with cable protection so I haven’t had any issues on my vehicles.

I know Dan @Taco-Grinder and I have talked about this...

I was driving in Oshkosh today when this silver ACLB Taco comes around the corner in front of me, and stops on the side of the street.
    20230717_131500.jpg

I pulled over, he's confused as to why I pulled over. I showed him my truck on my phone and he says: that's not me. I said: no, that's mine. We had a good laugh and chatted for a minute. Had to get on my way.

That's because a tune actually adds power. ;)

How much did it cost? I'm looking forward to hearing your 4-week review at Tigerton! This is something I've been starting to consider.

Took less time to install than it took me to have a smoke. I didn't need any updates.

    Lol!

While it's clearly the best value in performance mods, it's still a bit more than some other mods/accessories that are on my list. I'm also trying to take a year off from dumping money into this thing. :goingcrazy:
