Recently bought a used 2014 4.0l with less than 100k km. After only 200-300km of driving a P0016 code was thrown however by the time I got it back to the dealership the code was gone. They noticed some debris / clog in the OCV filter so did an engine oil system cleaner. Drove another 300-400km only to have the code re-appear and then disappear the next day on startup. Power seems fine and so does fuel economy. Only thing noticeable is vibrations at idle while in gear, shaking headrest a little and steering wheel. Any thoughts if this is early showings a stretched timing chain? Have checked the related forums but couldn't find anyone have the CEL come on and off.

It's possible the VVT Solenoid is sticking, that seems to be more common than the chain stretching although they typically set P0011, P0012, P0021, and/or P0022 codes.
P0016 is for bank 1 (passenger side), if oil changes were neglected it's very possible the chain has stretched/jumped.
