2006 access cab rear head rest

Can I add head rest to the back seats of a 2006 tacoma access cab. I put the kids back there now and again and I'm always concerned about getting rear ended and them banging there head on the window. If it is possible where can I get them.

You should be able to, I’m guessing someone took them out. I have a pair of grey ones I’d sell.

 

I dont think they added them in until a later year,my 08 doesnt have them, never did, maybe you can make something.

 

The 2009+ headrests should bolt in. You will also need to either get the 2009+ interior back panel or cut a hole in your existing panel.

 

Here they are if you want them, a little dusty from sitting in the barn but in great shape. I don’t have the bolts though. Make a offer plus shipping.
