Local mill, local tree. I bought the board that was supposed to go to a specific customer. Board was 13' long, 8" wide and 3" thick. The board must have had some internal stresses because when they put it in the kiln, it decided to bow and twist. I knew I was going to be carving it up in 10" sections anyway so that bow and twist didn't bother me in the least. I cut it in half with my chainsaw before I left the mill. Ran the blanks through the table saw to rough cut the outside miters (left about a half inch to carve) and started making sawdust. Started about a month ago.

Goodmorning crew. Normally Tuesday morning is my back to work schedule but they requested a couple of guys to come in this afternoon in case a certain job runs long. They did the same work couple of weeks ago and finished up so we weren't needed.
More here today but tapering off now and crew to install new gutters on the house, small garage just showed up.
Kind of hope UPS driver shows before it's time for me to leave. Reloading powder and 1k large pistol primers that I've had to sign for before.

that's usually why the kits run ducting down to the toes-- it pushes the air into the front, and it more naturally exhausts out the top.

pretty easy to run some pvc angles to get near the toes, drill some holes to allow the air out, and then the exhaust part is solved as well!
