CEL came on one week ago for P0304 - went and swapped the plug & coil in cylinder 4. All was well, truck ran fine.

2 days later, CEL came back on. Read P0304 & P0012. Still ran fine.

2 days later, today, truck had an issue starting. Got it to fire after 2 tries. Went into limp mode with a blinking CEL this time. Went back in, tightened the spark plug as it seemed to be slightly loose, and so far 20 miles later, it’s no longer in limp mode, but at idle it seems to be sputtering a tiny amount. Could the P0012 code be causing all this? What’s usually the diagnosis for that code? Camshaft position sensor? I just had the oil changed less than 600 miles ago, so I don’t think it’s that
