Are there even any lawyers that are interested in taking on something this small?

I should have an update next week.

But this is basically what small claims court is for. Trying something else tho.

Looks like someone shoved the CV into the diff in a way that nicked the seal causing a leak

and for some reason bent the dust ring, then did not bend it back straight

As a tech, I fully comprehend that Les Schwab is not techs or a shop

for small things sometimes it's possible to represent yourself
optional is with the help of cheap or free legal advise (not actual representation), internet research of accounts of similar experiences, etc.

because what the hell is anyone representing Les Schwab gonna say?
You have proof. Pictures. Receipts. They did it.

I know it's been a while, and the saga continues.

The shop I had do an inspection and document all of the damage to supplement my own report and aid in the financial recoveries did a good job. I've used them for the better part of a decade for all my vehicles and never had an issue.

Until I discovered that while my truck was there they dented my bedside...

I have photos from when I dropped it off for all the paperwork, and there was no dent. Now there is. What the F, guys!

    I just can't catch a goddamn break...

Now what?!? I gotta confront them too?! Great...
