A Faux Pas

Hello,

I have a tonneau cover on my 2016 Tacoma. The plastic piece on the right hand side is broken.
Yesterday I was scheduling service and also needed a rental when I dropped it off.
I mentioned the piece that was broken on the cover and the service guy said I might need a new cover. I mentioned replacing the part and he said "if they have it." Then he was transferring me to another person for a rental.
I was in no mood for bs as I was bringing a family member to the hospital.
I said "you've got to be f in kidding me!"
And then I heard "I'm still on the line."
OOps.

Anyway, where would I find the part numbers for my cover?

Is it the trifold oem one or another brand? Got any pics of the piece?
