My truck is hard to start after filling the tank. Other than that it runs great. What’s going on?

Fuel filter and fuel pump been checked?
Conditions make me think evap canister or solenoids but can't think of any reason that would make a rough start

Could be the charcoal canister is clogged. Might need to replace it.

Why would that cause a rough start?

It typically causes a vacuum leak which causes the hard starts. Changes the air fuel mix.

Purge valve is not closing properly.

To verify just pinch off or disconnect the hose from the canister that leads to the intake and fill up. See if problem is replicated.
