I don’t access to a welder or know someone to weld. It’s been broken for awhile now as you can see lol! Looking to mount an LED bar using these mounting points but need to repair this first.

What’s the best solution other than a new rad support or a welder?

Attaching a washer big enough to cover the hole?

Get a piece of flat stock, trim it, drill it, and attach with machine screws on either side of the hole. All you need is a hacksaw and a drill.

So you need a new place to “anchor” the zip-tie since the hole you ate using now will have a bolt in it?

    Drill a new hole?
Put a zip-tie below the bolt. Warping the support.
    Then tip-tie to the tip-tie?

There’s a bunch of different ways to fix it wrong.
I’m good at fixing it “wrong”.
Get creative my friend. It should not be too hard.

Good to see I'm not the only one relying heavily on zip ties.
