Has anyone ever replaced heater hoses on a 2nd gen V6? Mine would be fine, except some kittens keep climbing in and gouging them up, not sure how much damage before the integrity is compromised.
They look to e difficult to remove at the engine side. I've had them off at the heater core when I replaced a brake line.
    Thanks!

I'd be interested too. Mine is a 2010 and they appear fine, but you never know. I do know the hose material has improved considerably over the years.

Thanks for the replies. Looks like the cat claw marks are only in the outer layer, and not deep at all. I'll hold off on replacement for now, even at 15 years old they look to be in good shape.
