Not exactly tacoma related.... But those that have had or have soft top vinyl tops...how did you care for it? I just picked up my first miata NC1 and digging into it. I've always been a huge 303 fan for the interior and dash, etc and I heard lots of raves on the miata forums about 303 just wanted to get opinions here as well! BTW, I have yet to find a forum that is as active as TW.

What I use for maintaining my NA Miata top is to always leave it folded under the tonneau cover lol.

But in seriousness I wash it with normal car wash soap, I do the same with my soft topper on my Tacoma. After I wash it I leave the top up to let it fully dry before folding it back down, same if I drive in the rain.
The Miata top is over 7 years old and still looks brand new, I replaced the original one when I bought it because the rear window was split. The Tacoma topper, which is 2 years old and always parked outdoors looks great too.
