    There's this Sumin place...others will jump in with specifics. I'm sure Mitchell manuals will dictate elapsed time for pricing

    Yeah and/or the tie rod and steering stop bolts. Sumin has a lot of experience. They'll usually undo the axle nut to avoid inadvertently pulling apart the CV tulip joint, etc. They charge straight time.

    After 8 Canadian winters, your LCA cam bolts are likely seized unless you've lubed them before. So alignment will be limited to toe adjustment.

    Looking at tires and rims again but has anyone heard of anything about the Blackhorn offroad rims? Theyve been out for quite some time and i'm looking at these;
    Ontario based company
    https://www.blackhornoffroad.com/collections/toyota-4runner/products/bh01mbyota4r

    Thinking of going to 17" and wrapping them with 255/80/17 wildpeak at3w

    Either that or the Method beadgrip rims (but they are $450 a rim) and the icon bead grip thing seems like a bastard for the same price

    9" wide with +12 isn't going to leave much sidewall bulge. May also put you close to the UCA. Comparing the spread on 255's from stock 7" to my winters 8", I personally wouldn't want to go wider for the 255's.

    Ok so something wider like a 285/70/17 (wildpeak comes in this size); would be better fitting.
    (Actually falcon's site ranges the 255 from a 6.5" to 8.5" rim min/max, so yeah that's out of a question then)

    Might be ok on the LCA bolts. They would have had a Krown oil spray every one of those years

    I still run a 255/85/16....
    Why do you think i asked about the rim and then promptly say 255/80/17 falcons?

    I'm looking for rims my good man
    :anonymous:

    But also tires, i have no idea what to get anymore. The 255/80/17 wildpeak is only because i have that tire as a spare already.. and the cooper st maxx also comes in that size but my gas milage sucks donkey balls on the cooprs so figured falcons

    1010 tires has better pricing if you are going to go wider

    @somebody
    You make it sound like its impossible to find narrower rims
    :anonymous:

    I dont want wider, im going to get stuck in mud regardless so i might as well stick to a skinny for the love of gas milage on the highway. My worn out cooprs refuse to go into 6th gear above 100km/h, and if i do - i burn like 13.5l/100km

    If pro comp wasnt going to be folded as a company soon (its being merged with another allegedly)
    I'd like a lighter version of the same damned rim we both run
