    Hi all,
The other day I realized that the lock to lower my spare tire was broken. I kept trying to fit the key in the lock to lower the spare tire, but it just wasn’t catching. So I shined a flashlight in there and saw that there was no longer any lock to fit the key. Somehow, the lock portion had broken off and all that was left was a mound shaped indention without any grooves for the actual key pattern to fit in. Would any of you know of a fix to this issue? Or do I need to just take it into the dealership and fork out the cash for them to fix it? Advice appreciated!
