Not normal. Have you aligned them or had them aligned. That seems like you're going to have to come forty degrees or so. Are you sure they're properly installed?

I just aligned them within the last hour. Forty degrees higher? I’m pretty sure they’re installed properly. I feel as though I adjusted them too high

Aligning in a lit parking lot is not the best way to do it. If you can find a very level stretch in front of a wall you can park 25 feet away, measure the center of the light and at 25 feet the cutoff off the beam should be about three inches below level. You can also get an idea when driving down a dark road whether the beam is aimed level, slightly down or slightly up. They should be slightly down. If you truck is lifted then they need to be aimed slightly lower than a stock truck. The best way to align is with something called a beamsetter, but those are out of range for most regular folks at around $3-$5K and they're virtually impossible to find in repair shops, let alone finding someone who actually knows how to use one.

Daniel Stern (look him up) has extensive guidance on his web site both for helping align and also for why those are likely not the best lights to put in your truck.

I did it in a fairly dark area. The other pic was just an example of the lights in public. Here is the alignment. This is on a stock suspension. Please let me know if they’re too high. And about the lights on the ground, any thoughts on it?

You're definitely in the ballpark. Just make sure that they're not aimed above center when you're on the road. That surface you were on was definitely not flat and even being off just a little bit can throw the whole thing way off so you may have to tweak it after driving it out in the real world. It will be apparent to you pretty quickly.

I think it’s normal. this is an old photo but I think I can see it here. I also have my fog lights and lightbars on
