Can someone verify that the 24mm hex plug (?) on the passenger side of the rear housing extension is the fill port on the A750E tranny in my 2008 Pre runner?

I cannot locate a plug of that description on the side of the main housing that I see in photos and how to videos for filling the tranny with fluid.

Thank you very much for all the information in this post. it will definitely help.

It appears the road salt had accumulated on a bend in the cooling inlet line and caused a hole which is the reason for needing to know how to add fluid. my intent is to drain the fluid, replace both cooling lines and refill the tranny. I got new plug seals and Toyota ATF WS fluiid so I hope I'm Good to go.

You are good to go,ONLY if you know the proper way of adding fluid, there are no dipsticks on these trucks too check the fluid level.

    Yes Sir.

I got the compromised lines replaced, added fluid, ran through the gears with engine running, added more fluid to replace what was lost in the lines and heat exchanger and now I'm fixin to run through the level check procedure.

I appreciate all input in this matter as I've slept a couple times since having to do my own work on these vehicles. I hope I can get it right the first time. :)

Remember, Engine on and idling when checking the fluid level.
