Takes about 5 min to load the garage if the hail warning comes.
10 min if I have to cover the boat before I pull it out. The boat is the sacrificial lamb

Perk to working nights, I am rockin gym shorts at the office. I am pretty sure I'd drown in the humidity you guys get in the NE.

 

I asked if I could get away with a kilt or shorts, but alas I work in the office and the shop, long pants required.

 

Yeah, I've had jobs like that and it sucked. I'm super grateful that I'm in an ACed bunker and my direct supervisors don't have sticks up their tailpipes. Here's hoping yours dislodge their sticks and you can be more comfortable!

It’s a normal thing for me to do.
One of my ex neighbors asked me why I did it.
He found out why I did as lots of cars had hail damage one year.

Well, made an executive decision based on current trends. Added another project to the honey do list, going to frame a temporary wall around my busted garage door and pack it with insulation for this winter. Just not going to get around to fixing/replacing that door this year.

 

Like me, it’s ether winter, or you’re getting ready for winter.

 

It's always in the back of my mind. Especially when it's this damn hot out.
