Would love to buy this, but it won't work with my DECKED drawer system, unless something changes.

Any idea on how this could be adapted to worked with a DECKED?

Another one going out! Heading to California! What do you think about the concept and the design? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

    Somewhere around 4-6.

One of the few little things keeping me from buying one.

Found a new vendor so I can make them cheaper now! Base model is only $49.99. I have 23 left in this batch so get one while they are here if you want a cool way to carry jerry can's in your bed.

Nice design! Curious if they strong enough to be self supporting when fully loaded and hung on a swingout? Possibly by two additional bolts at the bottom corners of the back plate?

hey man yeah if you add two more bolts on the bottom you should be set! They are really easy to mod for custom applications like this! It’s def strong enough because it’s 16 gauge steel!

post a pic in the thread of your swing arm just to give me an idea of where you are attaching it!

PM’d a pic- what do you think? It would basically be mounted to a vertical frame with 4 bolts. Would it work without any bottom support holding 2 full cans without resting on a bed?

The steel will def hold if it’s floating just on the bolts. The way I fold the metal makes it super strong. If your two extra mounts go through two of the rivet holes there is no chance it will come off. More likely the bolts you use will sheer before the bracket falls apart (assuming you mount through the two bottom rivet holes. I can leave them empty when I ship it so you don’t have to worry about drilling it out. I’ll attach pics of the seams so you can get an idea of what I’m referring to.

You may also have something going for the Four Wheel Camper and Van Camper crowd who want sturdy mounts like this on the back of their vehicles.

Custom graphics on the decorative cut too.

If you order them today I can get them out tomorrow. If you wait till Sunday it will probably be a week or so lead time because I’m going to a conference all next week.

    - The aircraft-cable locking strap is not adequate for long-term off-road use. In my case I want a NATO can mount that will secure a full can against a severe vehicle roll-over accident, because I have a topper (utility cap) on the back of my Taco and it would be very bad for a can to come loose in a roll-over accident and bounce around inside the enclosed topper/utility cap. The current steel-cable method might be adeqaute, but I don't want to have to wonder about or inspect for cable fraying & sharp strands sticking out over time.) Consider designing in a 1.5" wide steel hinged locking strap of some kind.

    - I don't like the size of the "Taco Jerry" cutout logo. It's way too big. Consider using a much-smaller laser- or CNC-cut name plate, maybe 1" x 2", tack-welded on.

    - Add more holes in the side and bottom to make it easier for people to mount the holders in alternative locations.
