Most annoying part of my Tacoma. Door locks!

you change the door lock settings in the head unit/black mirror. under vehicle settings.

 

another couple of options;
it sounds like you are in the truck too, so just hit the unlock button for them?
change your settings NOT to automatically lock doors when putting truck in D (I am pretty sure this is an option, but not 100%).

 

i hate that auto door lock setting. i always turn it off in every vehicle. good way to lock yourself out.

 

Yes you can disable all the auto-locking behavior in the settings in the head unit (at least in a 2020 with no keyless entry and the base head unit). I hate that stuff.

 

I have a 2017 SR with the Entune Audio system. My radio doesn't have an apps button. Am I able to change the vehicle settings like light timers and door locks?
