Is there an AFM/DFM device that is compatible with my 2012 Tacoma V6, 4x4? I see plenty offered for GM products but no mention of other makes.

Much more than a device. Entire valve train designed to shut down fueling to cylinders. Which usually ends in catastrophic failure after 110-120k miles.

I'm assuming you mean an Active Fuel Management/Displacement on Demand disable device?

Toyota uses no such system so there's nothing to disable.
