Day Use Picnic Areas?

Hey yall! Does anyone know good areas where a family can have a picnic with a table, grill, and where you're able to park your truck right next to the table? (sorta like an open space picnic area)

Looking for spots around the bay area, thanks!

O'Neil Forebay next to San Luis Reservoir / State Park
Medeiros primitive is the area.
Everything you describe you can do there; Table, grill, bbq, park right next to table. It is first come first serve w/Fee. You can also camp there.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll check this place out, looks pretty spacious. Do you know how much the fee is and if it's a pretty known/popular spot?

 

I don't remember the price, been a while since I've gone. Its very open, lots of sites, very popular especially if you want an area around trees. That spot I showed as no trees so of course less popular.
