Ouch that sucks, expensive lesson to keep parts until you know 100% you don't use them (and then keep them a little longer).

Used parts can usually be found at a local junkyard, online places like Car-Part or LKQ, or possibly even on the TacomaWorld buy/sell/trade section. Taking them off a truck at a pick-and-pull is going to be some work though and might not be worth your time.

Brand new you'll likely pay less shopping online versus the local dealership, but depends how fast you need them I guess. Online they seem to be $15-20 each. Good luck.

:::these are not the correct size:::

I'm positive you can find the exact spec washers you need on McMaster Carr. These are in the ballpark. I'm posting this to give a ballpark on price. They are $3.76 each. McMaster Carr doesn't offer free shipping.

FYI OEM washers are dished washers (not flat)

That would explain the high price. Even generic spring washers are $15/each in larger sizes.

Are you going back to a stock UCA (hence the need for the stock washer)? The reason why the stock washer is dished is simply to be out of the way of the UCA and not touch the outer surface, but provide a failsafe if the bonded rubber bushing fails. You could emulate the same by stacking a large flat fender washer then a smaller washer to space the large fender away from the stock UCA.
