What other OEM wheels fit the 6 lug Tacoma,is it a standard 6 lug pattern shared by GM trucks? I'm looking at possible wheel option for a 23 Tacoma.

GM uses the same lug pattern but I would still triple check before buying anything

Bilstein 6112's 5th clip 1/4" spacer driver's side. Icon tubular UCA's with Delta joint, wheelers superbumps, ECGS bushing. Allpro standard leaf packs, 5160's, U bolt flip kit with wheelers super bump's, extended stainless steel brake lines, carrier bearing drop. Icon rebounds 17" with Nitto terra grappler G2's 285/70/17's.
I think the center bore is different though.

    Lug pattern and bore size

6x5.5" meaning the number of lugs x the diameter of the circle they create

    106.1mm hub bore diameter

Your Tacoma wheels are also hub-centric and not lug nut centric. Which means the hub surface keeps the wheel centered on the axles, while most other vehicles use lug nuts (or lug nuts and the hub) to center the wheel.

Don't go mismatching lug centric wheels on your Tacoma, make sure you get wheels that at least include the ability to be hubcentric (can also be lug centric in addition), are the right diameter center bore and have the right style lug nuts for wheels you choose.

There's conical, spherical, mag type, flat, extended thread units, different thread size and pitches, narrow verses wide nuts...there's a lot to consider.
