Has anyone tried heat? Heat gun / blow torch for plastic. I've done it on other cars. May give this one a try

After several years mine is starting to look a little faded even though it’s garaged. Has anyone tried chemical guys VRP? I’ve been using this on my tires for a while and it seems to last a super long time, doesn’t fling off and dries pretty well. Will probably give it a shot next time I wash.

I highly recommend the 303 products. Have been using 303 for years and haven't found anything else that is better for both protection and an amazing shine.

Just washed my truck and reapplied ArmorAll to tonneau. Been using it for years and the cover looks great.

The Wolfstein is great, both the cleaner and protectant not cheap but seem to work very well. A1419057-062A-473C-92D2-605C19951D0B.jpg176EAEF1-C9C7-4748-9A99-07F6E18A1ABC.jpg

Two coats with a microfiber every 3-4 months. No buffing and no runoff. I go thru a full service car wash 2-3 times per week and this $12 product holds up ok.

Was told by my dealer to never use armorAll on tonneau covers. That its mainly made for interior stuff, not having the long lasting protection these tonneau cover protectants have.

I use 303 first then wait about 5 mins and cover with Mothers Back to Black. Takes a total of 5 minutes. Apply Mothers with a tire shin sponge. Once every 6 months. Looks great.

I've used their ceramic headlight restoration kit and it is truly amazing! I'll try their trim restoration kit when I need it on my new Taco, it parks outside.

I have done many different products over the years, ArmorAll was the ticket for many years back in the day, but it leaves a nasty film, especially on interior surfaces. I've used 303 on my boats, kayaks and trucks, good stuff.

I even used Pig Spit, worked rather well. It is a Harley related product. I didn't tell my BMW motorcycles I used it on that it was for Hogs......;)

minor, TRD skid plate, front recovery points, Regken mud flaps, rear diff breather, AC drain pipe extended. Upgraded sound with active sub woofer, tonneau cover, CB radio.
Personally not impressed with 303 longevity/appearance of threated surface. Just put on my GTechnique, like on the rest of truck body. Well, really impressed!
To be accurate, I have BAKFLIP MX4, painted aluminum. Anyways, color still VERY black, repels water a.f.!
