New Tacoma owner here. Just got a 2021 SR5 from a car dealer. Does anyone know what these metal pegs are coming out of the siderail of truck bed. I am wondering if it's for a Tonneau cover. Thank you in advance for any insight.

Tonneau Cover locking lugs. I'm not sure why those are there if there is no tonneau, but if you can find an OEM tonneau for sale it will make your install really easy.
