Currently have: 2010 Toyota Tacoma OEM XM JBL Radio MP3 6 CD Changer 86120-04160

And would like to install a 2013 Toyota Tacoma OEM JBL SAT HD Radio CD Player 57016

1. Is this plug and play?
2. Will I need any additional adapters?
3. Any issues?
