I’ve had Toyo AT2’s on 3 different trucks and the 3’s will be my next set once I find the right wheels I want. One thing the AT2’s had was the “Extreme” edition on the E rated tires that had wider scallops and taller tread blocks. These extremes were recommended for 35’s and up.
I have a Super Duty with the E rated Extremes. They’re great in the snow and ice and sure footed on wet roads which is a must here in Western WA. I’m anxious to try out the 3’s on my little taco but I’m going to go a lower rating being mostly a commuter rig. Thanks for the write up

Another ignorant question. What’s with the bed stiffeners? Off roading?

Just good insurance if you have an RTT, or like myself, truss rack, cap rack, gas, tools, mounts an two kayaks.
When I put mine on, I found my pass bed side was off square by a surprising amount. The stiffener did pull it back in line to 90deg.

    A bunch of shit...
Still have same number. The two in front now fit larger cups. I had to use an insert to allow me to hold coffee cups or my Nalgene. Now I can just drop them in. Super easy and inexpensive for the added benefit.

Which tune do you have? My VF2.0 map left a lot to be desired and had a dead pedal for the first 1/3 of the pedal stroke. The KDMax Pro 9.0 (and now 10) fixed all of the issues the VF had. Both were way better than stock, but KD is the way to go.

No, actually I have not had one of these special tunes. I just meant the truck runs fine, I was just curious about the peddle commander.
I hadn't even heard about these other tunes. But now that I know, they sound worthy of looking into.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I went with KDMax tune and it has made the truck so much better. The post above with the links to the tunes is spot on.

Based on a lot of the feedback on the site the tunes are better than a pedal commander. The plus side is I've been able to get my tune upgraded for different tire sizes and when I regeared.

Purchased a new in box Eibach Stage 2 kit with Headstrong AAL off of Facebook Marketplace today for a STEAL. Going to be doing install tomorrow and will make another post after that. This is my first time DIY-ing a project this big and I'm excited!

Going to set the coilovers to just under 2" in the front to keep the factory rake. Keeping stock UCA's for now. ECGS bushing is en route via fedex, but I won't have it in time so it will have to wait until next weekend. I think the needle bearing will hold up for 1 week lol.
