I plan on adding bed rack, rtt, and an awning. (~350 lbs)
Then add 2 adults and 2 kids, along with other gear when going camping.

Is upgrading suspension recommended for this setup?

I’m assuming fully loaded it’ll be close to the payload limit.

Yeah, the rear end will squat down when loaded. It all depends how often you load up with that gear, and if the weight will be on the truck at all times.

Adding new suspension will give you better load support and lift, you just have to weigh out if you want to lift it too or keep it more stock.

Only you can decide, but personally I wouldn’t do a thing, at least not until I drove it loaded. You’ll have a better idea after loading it up the first time.

My somewhat comparable personal experience is towing a boat/trailer without about a 230 lb tongue weight with 4 adults and the truck didn’t sweat much at all.

You’ve got a solid axle leaf spring suspension designed to carry a varying payload in the rear.

Is this compatible with stock pro suspensions? Or would I need to get additional lift on front as well?

I don’t mind the lift, but do not want to compromise the stock trd pro suspensions

If you are asking if the leafs will lift the rear too high compared to the front, that is almost purely subjective.
