This morning I go to move my truck and notice a squirrel chewed my ABS wire on the module and master cylinder. I was able to rewrite the 4 wires it chewed. But lights still won’t go out and my truck will barely stop. Do I have to take it in to have it reset.

Pull the ABS codes for reference (you don't need a special tool, the process is in the Quickref linked in my sig) and reset the codes. See if they come back.

It wouldn't surprise me if there were more chewed wires than those.

You'll also definitely want to get a more permanent fix for those wires, even if they're working OK for now.

Please cut and resolder those connections. Marine grade heat shrink on top. At the very least, crimp them instead of just twisting them together. From your picture I can see another damaged wire at the connector of the ABS module it looks like. That needs to be depinned, cut, re crimped and repinned.
