HELP - Blend door acutator removal

Total newbie trying to remove driver side blend door acuator. Got the plug pulled and the mounting screws out and I thought it should just slide out but it wont cone out. An I missing something? Does it need a little force to pop off the shaft?

 

This shows that you just unscrew it and it should come off.

 

Right?!? That’s what I thought but mine seems to be sticking???? I feel so stupid. Maybe I am looking at the wrong part. I am not a car guy but was trying to save some money. Do you have any idea what I might be looking at if it’s not the blend door acuator? It looks like the picture of the part I am seeing in online auto stores?

 

The blend door acuator is on the pass. side of the center stack and is accessed behind the glove box
