Relentless Fab hybrid bumper, 2.5” Dobinsons IMS lift, RCI skids and sliders, block heater. Painted FJ Steelies. Was trying to keep it stock, now slowly building for the Wisconsin trails.
I was actually looking at these myself earlier today since I know Pat was recommending them. Still on the fence only since I tend to not use lanterns much when I'm camping. I tend to hang around the main site and only go back to the truck to sleep. Funny that.

For the most part I am very happy with my camp set up. Just a few gear tweaks.
I am looking for recommendations for a good headlight and a good water jug.

Current headlight I have are the Olight pre run and a cheap Walmart light
https://www.olightstore.com/perun-mini-kit-headlamp.html I'm pretty disappointed in the Olight. The headstrap pad has exposed rough velcro that I covered with neoprene from a can kozy. And the light while nice for utility use doesn't have a red lamp. Hence cheap Walmart light.

As for water jug my current is this folding unit.:
    https://www.rei.com/product/896269/gsi-outdoors-folding-water-cube-53-gal
I like the spout but overall it's flimsy and getting beat up sliding around the bed. Ultimately I need something durable with a good spout for washing hands, rinsing dishes, etc.
Also needs to fit under the factory tonneau so no more than 41 CM high. That's 16" in freedom units to you heathens :D

I know @Thatbassguy is disappointed with his Wavian water can.

So let's go ahead and help me spend my money. :spending:

    I dig Nitecore's headlamps.

I've got an extra Frontrunner plastic jerry I can bring along - think it's 5 gallons, has a spout on the bottom.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Just a cheap Harbor Freight unit, not terribly bright but gets the job done and has a red light for night.

Yes, very much so. But, their gas can is the bee's knees!

I really like Black Diamond headlamps. They're reasonably priced, continuously dimmable, and usually have a button on the side you can just tap and they'll go to full brightness and back to your chosen level.

If anyone is looking, definitely check them out!

So, I unplugged the locker, and the dash light disappeared. Also, the four-wheel drive indicator lights on the dash started acting normal again. Then, I plugged it back in, and cycled power again, and the light popped on for a second, followed by a click from underneath, and the light went out. So, it's plugged in, the light is off, and all four-wheel drive indicators and systems seem to be working normally, except for the locker.

The locker is getting left alone until sometime after Tigerton, as I was advised by @McSpazatron . It appears I'm going to need some sort of a gasket, or at least RTV, so I don't want to pry it off and open a can of worms until after the trip.

    Thanks for the help, Carlos!

Edit: also, if anyone is wondering why the heck I didn't try unplugging it yesterday, it's probably because I was so PO'd I couldn't think straight. o_O

I have an old unit that may suit your needs. I'll try to remember to bring it.

Message sent to seller. I wasn't serious about getting a 2nd set of wheels, but I admit I had occasinally thought about it. If he still has 'em on the way home from Tigerton......

If you can get 'em before next Sunday, they're yours. I messaged the guy if he can sell 'em before I get there, take the cash and call it a day. Would be my loss. Go get 'em if you want them.

I'm just picking on you, I hope you are able to get them. As much as I would love to grab them, financially it just would be a horrific idea. It's a great deal on the wheels, but then I would have to buy expensive tires plus I would want to get the wheels powder coated either black or cement so either way that's quite a chunk of change. If you are seriously interested in them I can go get them for you tomorrow if you would like.

Alright, let me know what he says. If he says they're still available and tomorrow works you can either PayPal me or cash at Tigerton, whichever you prefer.

Would you contact the seller and make your own arrrangements? This was my very 1st Facebook interaction. Not sure if things are going right. Seems to, but I am a bit uncomfortable.
