Hi, everyone, I’m back with more information on my dilemma.

I used a test light to troubleshoot the problem by removing the Positive cable and attaching the test light to it and touching the battery terminal with the probe and it lit up.

I began going down the line removing one fuse at time, until reached the ST fuse once I pull it out the test light when out. I have no clue what this ST fuse is for. It shows on the manual as blank and on the engine, fuse cover it read as Short Pin. I included photos to clarify as to what I’m talking about.

Next, I used a multimeter to do further testing by putting one lead to the battery terminal and the other to the ST Fuse and I get zero reading. Then, I switch to the negative terminal and touch the ST Fuse and I get reading of 12.60 v DC. I double checked everything once again and still the same reading on both.

All the lights are working and lights-up, Headlight, horn, Blinkers, Radio, A/C and all turn signals.

Still at a loss and need help before I take it to the dealer to have it troubleshoot. Any advice is welcome, thank you all.

Go down to the starter and probe the skinny control wire. With the key in the CRANK position you have 12 volts there. Also check for constant 12 volts at the big cable that comes straight from battery

If you have power at the starter and the engine isn't cranking it probably needs a starter

Thank you, I install a New Starter motor, New Battery and New Neutral safety Sensor/switch and still the something does not turnover.
All this was done from all the advice suggested on the treads I read on this site. I will go and double test the small wire at the starter and larger
wire as well. Thanks again. Will post my finding once done .

If the test light has a good sharp tip, poke it right into the skinny wire and have a helper try and crank the engine.

I Just when and checked the big cable from the battery to the starter with a test light and it lid up.
However, when I tested the small wire of the starter motor, it did not lid up with key in the ignition turn to on.
Now, I got to figure out what's the problem.

Try monitoring the voltage at the starter, ( large wire from battery) while turning the key. You should measure 10 - 12 volts. If the voltage drops off below say 10 volts, you have a bad connection (corrosion maybe) between the battery and the starter. Do the same for the little wire that powers the starter solenoid and make sure the voltage stays at 12 volts.
    Just my 2 cents.
