I have a Lund Genesis Tri-Fold. Bought off Amazon.com bc it was the cheapest there. Has 4 aluminum brackets that slide into the track rail system. You then lay on the cover and clamp down the front to the brackets in the rail system, then unfold and clamp down the back. Comes off in less than 1min. Even comes with a seal kit for the front and back of the cover bc on 2nd gen Tacomas the rails are taller than the tailgate and front of the bed. Seal kit also is for the tailgate itself too. All in all great cover and love it, so easy to install a cave man (with a Tacoma) could install it.

i had a leer 700 on my 2007 tacoma, it's a really nice looking cap and i love the carpeting on the back side of the lid, but it does sit kinda high towards the tailgate and it is heavy, also the paint chips really easy, just make sure you get some touch up paint. I now have an undercover lid, which i can take out and put back on by myself. very easy to handle.

I just got a Access roll up on ebay for 229.00 +20.00 to ship. it's wierd cuz the seller could not list the brand of the item because of the low price, so I didn't know what brand I was getting. All the other sellers have Access tonneaus for like 390.00. it was exactly what I was looking for.

Bought the Access LE from truckalterations.com for a great deal! Aside from stripping a screw the install was easy. I'm watching the rain pour over my truck now and the bed is still dry.
I bought this for an easy way to throw my Triumph in the back without having to remove pieces and find storage for them, plus it gets the wheel closer to the front of the bed than other covers I've seen.
Yes, this thing has added about 20 miles to my tank.

I've got the BakFlip G2 on mine and really like it. Installation was fairly easy. They recommend 2 people, but I managed to install it by myself in about an hour.

I did the same thing...except 3 of the screws stripped. I had to drill the heads off the screws which was the hardest part of the install. :p

LOL Yeah, I bought some reverse bit that eventually worked it out. I agree - toughest part of the install!

    thumbs up to the undercover.
You have to really haul a lot of oversize stuff to make a trifold worth it.
My primary concern was safety of my stuff without worrying about theft while I'm in the store etc.

I have been more than impressed with the ease of use of it, and how fast I can take it off the truck. It is only about 50 lbs.

I went with the Pace Edwards Full Metal JackRabbit. Took me and a buddy a couple hours and a few beers to install with no major problems. Absolutely love the cover. Only complaint I have with it isn't even about the cover, but the installation instructions that came with it. They are the worst instructions I have ever seen ever. Period. Just terrible. Even with that though, I love the cover.

I have a Fold-a-Cover. I think it is a fine choice if you can leave one panel (1 back from the cab) bolted in all the time. It has a number of aluminum bracket that bolt/screw into the rails. Some of those brackets stick out a bit when loading. I can flip the panel behind the cab or the two panels by the tailgate. It stays pretty dry.

I'd get a dealer to install it if you can, otherwise it is a two man job with careful fitting and lots of measuring.

I've only had it for a couple of months but so far so good. The warranty seems to be top notch as well.

I am very happy with mine.

Currently using the Bakflip2 on my 09 tacoma. Lays plush to bedrails. Have had for 2 years outdoors and still looks next to new. Got mine from a seller on ebay for $550.00, Works great folded when hauling my quad. Added a popnlock to the tailgate and security is locked-up descent.
Easy on/off without help is nice. Very happy w/cover.:)
