    Howdy all,

In the next week, I plan to begin procuring parts for the AT to MT swap on my 2001 DC. I'm currently subscribed to four or so other threads (SafetyDang, JungleCode, BossFan, etc) who have completed or are in-the-process of this swap and I cannot thank them enough for documenting this process. It's given me all the confidence to do this myself. I am by no means a master mechanic but I have rebuilt/rewired motorcycles and have an engineering background.

Current parts list goes as follows. Green indicates procurement.

    Local Parts Yard:
    R150F Transmission ($1000-1500)
    Front Drive Shaft (~$100)
Crossmember (I believe Dang said this was not required given my scenario?)
    2001 ECM, 4x4, MT, 3.4L ($650 shipped; eBay)
    Center Console ($140 shipped NOS)

Total: ~$1700-2250 depending on final price.

    YotaShop:
    Aisin 3.4L Clutch Kit (CKT-040)
    Master Cylinder (CMT-030)
Aisin Slave Cylinder ($36 shipped; eBay)
Clutch Master to Slave Cylinder Kit (KIT-1051)
    Clutch Fork (31204-35031)
Clutch Pedal Assembly w/ Cruise Control (KIT-1150)
    Real Main Seal (90311-A0027)

Total: $1042.01 w/o Slave Cyl. (Clutch Pedal assembly is $400 :( - May source this from the yard)

    Marin Crawler:
    Flywheel, 3.4L (MCCL-22A)
Short Throw Shifter Kit (MCTM-4523 - Spoiling myself)
    Clutch Fork Boot (MCTM-51132)
Heavy Duty Pressure Plate Bolts (MCHT-411)
(2x) Clutch Collar Retaining Clips (MCCL-532)
    (8x) Flywheel Bolts (MCHT-4124)

    Total: $471.17 w/ discount code

After I purchased the truck, I noticed a suspicious amount of sealant on the T-Case and worry it may be cracked. If I do need to replace this, does anyone have insight on if it would be possible to install a J-Pattern T-Case in lieu of the Push Button? Curious to see what this would take.

Also, can the existing ECT button be utilized as the "Clutch Start Cancel Button"?

I'm looking forward to this project and appreciate any help or feedback that I get along the way.
