Mounted my pro eagle jack using the factory bolt locations in the bed. Just a little drilling on the mount and one longer bolt for the rear.

Added dynamat to all 4 doors. Inner and outer layer. Next will be the ceiling and the floor.

 

Finished spraying wheel wells with Surface Shield on my '07 Tacoma with about 150K miles that I bought new. Frame needed repair work otherwise truck is in great shape-got 29mpg on trip recently with 4 cyl manual.

 

new roof rack and awning installed plus ordered a hood flag to be funny and I turned out loving it lol i have the rack for the topper too but i have to use different brackets then what i was supplied

 

is that paint on the steering wheel emblem or the Etsy plastic clip on?

 

Purchased a ‘HeatShield’ front window sun shade… hopefully I didn’t just overpay for a sun shade but the one I had (cheap Costco one) didn’t seem to help with heat dissipation.

 

wrecked my rear fender flare, anyone have extra or know where I can find cheap one

This isn’t just “today” over the last couple of weeks

Valve cover gaskets, new coil packs, plugs and oil/filter. Getting ready to do coolant soon

Receiver hitch and winch

Lots of rewiring. Had a bunch of crappy routing and connections. Had wires running through factory grommet, decided to just put a new hole and grommet for aftermarket wiring.

Ran a wire to the bed cubby for a fuse block, cigarette lighter, air compressor and 1.5 G tank, and a 5 gallon pressurized water system. The bolt in top right corner is connected to frame ground

Replaced a bunch of plastic pins that were missing

Put my splash guards back on after 6 years of saying “i’ll do it later”

New headlights and trim and got the front end all lined up correctly

Power steering boots

Still lots to do, going on 5 day overlanding trip next month

 

man, my passenger slash guard fell off about a year ago. i need to put it back on. thanks for reminding me. i think ill do it later
