Someone please tell me my pipe dream is achievable...

Wheels: SCS 17x9 -38mm
Tires: 295/75/R17 3.5BS
Suspension: Kings 2.5 + Leaf Pack
UCA: Total Chaos
Aggressive CMC, Pinch Weld, fender trimming, Metal Bumper, blah blah

WILL IT RUB!? Am I missing any other neccesary mods to run this?

I already feel like I got too little tire for too much wheel and so I really don't want to go smaller than 295 on 17's.
