Factory tri fold paint?

Sorry if this is a repost but I did a brief search and came up with nothing matching my question. I have a 2020 TRDOR with a factory tri fold bed cover. Needless to say I washed the truck yesterday and came out this morning to a nice shiny truck with a doo doo looking bed cover. It's only 3 years old but looks 10 or 15. Has anyone tried and successfully painted or refinished the cover?

 

You may get more responses over in the detailing forum. There are many products designed to make automotive black plastic look like new again.

When I had mine I either used Aerospace 303 or Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax to keep it looking good.
