Swapping Bucket seats for a Bench seat

Hi 2003 Tacoma Standard cab 4wd with M/T. Want to add a bench seat. Is it a simple bolt on or do i need to drill and weld?

What else would need to be replace to complete the conversion? Can i used the existing seatbelts? Also with the Center trim bezel around the sfifters ive seen one with a cup holder and one without a cupholder- which is factory correct for the 2003 Taco?

It’s bolt on. I just did it and it’s awesome! You will need to go to eBay and get the female end of the seatbelt because it’s different than the bucket seats. I found the whole kit for $50.
